UBORA Design history
Bando UBORA was renewed to reflect new residential trends and improve the aging brand. In the early 2000s, when the ear of apartment branding began in earnest, UBORA emerged with a unique name and a design that utilized the characteristics of the dot-com era. Since the apartment brand has reached maturity, it has attempted to change its image with a three-dimensional design that makes the brand name more relevant. The first and second generations of UBORA were designed to emphasize the characteristic of the name ‘U.BORA’ with a dot in the center. The third generation design emphasizes the removal of the dot from the name, allowing “UBORA” to be read as a proper noun, and emphasizes the high-end image with a minimalist symbol design.
